The firm works closely with many types of real estate clients from investors, asset managers, developers and management companies. Several of our clients will also invest in secured debt instruments as well. The majority of our clients' real estate portfolios are on the east coast while the firm has handled real estate transactions in over half the states in the continental United States.
Over the past several decades, SGC has not only offered tax advice and traditional compliance services to the real estate industry but also been involved in many of the details and intricacies that surround operating assets in various local marketplaces.
